I think I got a new old stock unit. The illustration in the instructions doesn't match the physical pieces that were in the box. The calibration card was from almost a decade ago. That being said, I prefer the design of the equipment I got. It installed easily and seals with no problem. The temp indication needed a slight tweak, almost a degree. Despite the fact that the gauge has a slight haze on the inside of the glass, I love having this additional information on my Brewzilla. Looks right at home.

Easy to install, is accurate and not too difficult to adjust temperature.

Comes with everything you need. Just be patient as you drill the pilot hole it'll take longer than you think. Cheers!

Very accurate - wasn't necessary to re-calibrate out of box (I checked it against 2 other thermometers.) Face is easy to read. Attachment to kettle is solid, and probe is relatively short & smooth, so works well for BIAB without tearing the bag. The only problem with it is that it is fairly sensitive to heat from around bottom of the kettle - which can be a problem with large banjo burners. If overheated, the thin plastic face tends to fog up. Would have been nice if they used glass instead of plastic.

Great thermometer, hard to beat most Blichmann products and this one is no different. Very easy to install in your system and works like a charm! Does not show Celsius however, that may be a sticking point for some people.

This thermometer is very nice but a little hard to read due to the stainless color and face depth. I prefer a white dial face for readability.

This thermometer is water tight without needing to crank down on it. Accurate and has style.

Nothing else to say. Lives up to my expectations about the brand.

This was a cinch to install. And dead simple to use on brew day. My only regret is that I didn't get the one with the flexible dial-face connection for easier reading from an angle.

Takes the guess work out of reading a temperature since the thermometer is marked with all the key temps for brewing. Also beats plunking a thermometer in the wort and trying to read the temp.
