Lallemand's Belle Saison starts fermenting quickly and keeps up the pace throughout, offering high attenuation and excellent alcohol tolerance. Cooling is not recommended for this strain, allowing the fermentation to progressively heat up will yield all the fruity and spicy notes expected from a Saison.
