How much should be added to a 5 gal batch, and when? At the end of the boil, or in the primary?
Bill Emerson on May 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Best to start with one pound for 5 gallons, then adjust to taste. More flavor will be extracted in primary, less near the end of the boil.
