This kit includes our Stainless Faucet, Stainless 4" Shank with 1/4" nipple, and a Faucet knob, combined into one. Please note that the actual useable length of the shank will be about 3 5/8", due to the hex nut and tailpiece attached to it.

Upgrade to a Perlick and you're golden
This kit has worked well for me for a year or more of serving beer from kegs, but the faucet sticks when it hasn't been used for a few days ( personal failing, I realize ) so I recently decided to scrap the faucets in this kit and upgrade to Perlicks.

Not recommended
My brew partner and I have both had poor experience with this faucet. It tends to stick and I have had off flavors with it. I clean it as needed but if you are not using this daily you will have problems. I actually bought it by mistake but MB would not let me exchange it for the Perlick.

Stainless definitely a must
I have 2 cheaper chrome faucets and the chrome wore off in no time. Spend the extra few bucks and avoid off flavors and your stainless faucet will shine for a long time.
