This white, gas-in quick disconnect comes with a barb for attaching to a beverage line, and its high quality construction creates a sturdy seal that won’t leak gas when in use.
The barb measures 1/4 inch, so it is compatible with either 1/4 inch or 5/16 inch beverage tubing.
Note: Sometiems ball lock fittings can be difficult to get fully seated on a Cornelius keg. We recommend using a quick spray of sanitizer solution to act as a lubricant and giving it a few twists while applying the ball lock.

My white Co2 QD seem to leak right out of the box. The one gray one I have works like a champ.

Poor fit
Very difficult to get a good seal with this fitting. I purchased 2 (white fitting) in Jan 2017 and will be throwing them away and buying the old grey fitting.

This is the only product I've had problems with in the many years I have been a More Beer customer. Keep up the good work guys but throw these fittings in the dumpster.

Low quality! Leaks
Do not buy these gas fittings. They leak from the center. I ordered 8 to install them in a manifold and at least 4 leaked. Very bad quality ball lock fittings. These are white colored, not the gray ones previously selled.

These leak badly
I ordered a 10 pack of these because I was carbonating a large batch of Cornys at once. All of them leak terribly on a range of different kegs - they seem to be manufactured just slightly too large to fit and make a tight seal. The leaks are made worse when there is any lateral pressure on the fitting (e.g. the gas line pulling off on one side under its own weight). I will be returning all of them and I would not recommend buying this type.

Not good
I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews on this, or why I had so many problems. I hooked these up to some brand-spankin-new ball lock kegs for a jockey box that I built. All but one of them leaked beer and they all leaked gas. The kegs are in pristine shape, I lubed all the gaskets when I had taken them apart and sanitized everything, and I sprayed with StarSan and twisted the connectors like MoreBeer recommends. I was having a party that night and didn't want to waste beer or gas, so I disassembled my home brewery and hooked everything up to my stainless steel ball lock connectors. Had no problems after that. I can't think of anything I did wrong. I think the interior dimensions of these was too large and it wasn't creating a good seal. They rocked easily side to side, despite clearly be attached correctly. I returned them.

Low quality compared to older versions
I have 3 ball lock gas disconnects that I bought (not from morebeer) over 10 years ago that are still in good operating condition.

The older model is a darker gray color compared to the white color of this newer model.

I recently purchased 2 of these newer models, and both have issues. One did not make a proper seal at all and constantly leaked gas. The other one leaks gas if it is pulled even the slightest amount off of vertical. There seems to be too much play after it is attached to the post, causing hard-to-diagnose leaks.

I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for gas disconnects until a more reliable product is available.

Barb is less optimal than flare version
The barb does a good job hanging onto appropriately sized tubing so long as you tighten a tubing clamp on it. One thing I don't like about the barb versus the flare version is you often have to cut the tubing to get it off the barb for proper cleaning, and losing a few inches each time you do that. The flare version just unscrews from the post, nice and easy.
