There really is no "Red" style historically, though it has been sort of created in microbreweries around the US. While the Irish Red is about the interesting malt mix this American Red has a more straight forward malt flavor but a very different and interesting hop profile. It features the combination of Perle, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops. Slightly lighter in color than the Irish Red and without quite as much roasty flavor.
