Red Ale is technically not a beer style category. Oh, well. It was created (and is continually evolving) in microbreweries throughout the US. Usually very similar to Amber Ale but with additional, darker crystal malts. MoreBeer! takes a different approach. We make it red with 2oz of Roasted Barley. The result is a red-colored beer but without the deeper, caramalized flavors. We add a combination of Cascade and Northern Brewer hops that combine with the malt flavors to make this a unique beer you won't find anywhere else.
