Cannot beat it!
I made this from extract. The yeast for the kit was not in stock, so i ended up getting a different yeast. The yeast partied like it was 1999 and the larger came out to 8.1%! I am defiantly making this again and will continue to make it!

Cons:
Only have the ability to make 5 gallons at a time!

Outstanding
This one proves that keeping it simple produces better results. Clean, crisp and smooth, very easy to drink. Rich, yet delicate hoppy aftertaste stays in your palette memory for days. I will repeat, it's very easy to drink, you just want more of it after each glass. I finished it within days after bottling, it's just irresistible. It would definitely have been better still if allowed to mature at the correct temperature, which I will try next time. I will definitely stick with this recipe for a while.

Good beer
I just sampled some of this I made five weeks ago.
Pretty good but a bit hop heavy. I was expecting something more Dos Equis. I may change the hop sched on the next batch.
Maybe just use liberty and saaz.
Again good but a little more hop than I like.
