MoreBeer!'s Old Ale kit has a nice richness and complexity that you don't find with most Old Ales. The crystal malts provide a great caramel backbone, perfect for aging for about 4-6 months.

Tip: try aging this beer on 1-2 oz of French or Hungarian Oak Cubes for a great old world flavor!

What an amazing beer
Just bottled this beer, I aged mine for 1 year on 2oz of American oak cubes that were soaked in Makers Mark for 2 month. It was defiantly worth the wait, it turned out to be an amazing and complex beer. Highly recommend!!!!

As a side note I changed the dry hops to a 0min addition and used WLP002.
