Can I put an air lock and a thermowell in these drilled holes?

BEST ANSWER: I don't see why you couldn't. As long as the airlock and thermowell fitt snugly.

What size of racking cane would fit in the holes of this stopper, if any?

BEST ANSWER: The holes on this stopper are very small. They are specifically sized to fit small glass tubes that are a little smaller than 1/4" outer diameter. We do not stock any racking canes that will fit this size of hole.
