Stainless steel dial thermometer with 1.5" tri-clamp fitting. Thermometer face measures 3.25" and measures from 32-220°F (0-100°C). Probe measures 7.5" in length from the tip to the T.C. fitting.

Could I use a pipe bender to bend the thermometer probe to tilt down into a spike fermenter? Or would this ruin the probe?

BEST ANSWER: Chad - This would not be recommended, at the very least ruin any warranty.
