    Hallertau Mittelfruh | Pellet Hops

    46 reviews

This classic German hop has an herbal/floral character and smooth bitterness, making it an ideal choice for brewing lagers, especially traditional pilsners. Hallertau Mittelfruh is one of the original four Noble hops, and is categorized as a "landrace" hop, meaning that it grew and adapted naturally over time in its native region. Its name is derived from the region of Hallertau, the world's largest hop growing region, and the German word mittelfrueh meaning "middle-early", referring to the early middle part of the growing season when it's ready to be harvested. The majority of its oil content comes from Humulene which provides the floral, herbal, and spicy character. Clean, crisp, and perfect for your next pilsner or hoppy lager. Wheat Malt - Viking Malt

    3 reviews

1.7-2.6 °L - Viking Malt - Viking Wheat Malt is produced from spring wheat.  Wheat goes through all the same process steps as done with barley malting.  Anyway, some special attention is needed during the germination because the shape of wheat kernels may promote very dense bed formation. Also the fact that the root let growth is modest keeps the wheat bed very tight. Due to this the temperature of the bed tries to rise easily. Especially during summer times there should be enough cooling capacity to perform controlled germination. Kilning end temperatures are in the area of 72-80C. Viking Malt’s Wheat Malt is well modified malt giving easiness in the brewing process. There is enough “everything” and it works well in high percentages giving its own amylase activity into the brew. The Viking Malt Wheat malt gives good flavor with low coloring values.  The extract content is high. In 2016 Viking Malt and Danish Malting Group joined forces to better serve their customers. Now the new Viking Malt is the leading malting company in Northern Europe and supply raw materials and services to the global brewing, distilling and food industries. Viking Malt has 6 malthouses in areas where our distinctive Nordic barley is sourced: in Halmstad, Sweden; Vordingborg, Denmark; Lahti, Finland; Panevezys, Lithuania and in Sierpc and Strzegom, Poland. The annual malting capacity is close to 600 kilotons. Magnum | Pellet Hops

    8 reviews

Magnum is a great bittering hop with an aroma similar to a strong Willamette. It therefore works well with Willamette, Fuggles, and British Kent Goldings when used as an aroma hop in later boil additions.  Magnum makes an incredibly useful bittering agent in just about any beer, and due to its very smooth bitterness, you can really use as much as you want. Clean smooth bitterness with a slight floral/fruity aroma. This German variety generally has a higher AA content than US Magnum. This is the main high alpha variety grown and used in Germany. Fantastic hop to use for bittering.  Hop Statistics: Alpha Acids: 11.0 – 16.0% Beta Acids: 5.0 – 7.0% Alpha-Beta Ratio: 2.2 – 3.2 Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 21 – 29% Total Oils in mls per 100 grams dried: 1.6 – 2.6 Storage(% alpha acids remaining after 6 months storage at 68° F): 80 – 90% Similar Hop Varieties: Taurus, Nugget, Columbus

    FermZilla Tri-Conical Fermenter | Gen 3.2 | 3 in. T.C. Collection Container | 55L | 13.2G

    2 reviews

The ultimate plastic pressurized conical A best seller for a reason! Tons of features at an incredible price Cyrstal clear super smooth PET makes fermenting and cleaning super easy 3" Butterfly valve at bottom makes removing yeast / trub easy with the 600mL collection jar Pressurizable (with accessories) for fermentation and closed transfer to your keg The Gen 3.2 FermZilla Tri-Conical features a newly designed collection container with top & bottom PCO1881 ports. The collection container has a 3" T.C. opening and installs on the Conical with a 3" T.C. butterfly valve. The molded 3" T.C. ferrule on the tank is a huge improvement over the Gen 2 model—eliminating the complicated dump valve design and simplifying the collection container connection. Brew with confidence on the new Tri-Clover FermZilla! NOTE: The primary example photo shows the collection container from the Gen 3 FermZilla. Out of the box, the FermZilla Conical is an amazing fermenter that will immediately step up your game on the cold side of the brewing process. But what we love most about this unit is how easily it is to upgrade as you go—adding more functionality and gaining more precise control over your fermentation with each new accessory. Below are some of our favorite add-ons for the FermZilla Tri-Conical Fermenter. Pressure Kit The FermZilla is the perfect option for brewers that want all the advantages of a conical fermenter without the price tag of a full blown stainless steel unit. It allows you to dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of the FermZilla Pressure Kit, you can carbonate and serve – all in one vessel! The clear PET tank allows you to visually monitor fermentation activity and is pressure rated to 2.4 Bar (34.8 psi), which means you can ferment under pressure, reducing ester and fusel alcohols in your finished beer. This also gives the ability to perform pressure transfers. If you prefer to move your finished beer to a keg or other vessel, you can do so with little to no oxygen exposure. Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid Add a 2" T.C. port to your fermenter by replacing the standard lid with the FermZilla Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid, or you can upgrade down the road with a Hop Bong sight glass in order to add CO2 and purge your hop charge of oxygen. PCO1881 threaded ports are still there for Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and Temp Twister cooling coil. Hop Bong Pressure Pack The ultimate upgrade kit! The Hop Bong Pressure Pack has all of the parts included with the Pressure Kit and Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid but fully parted out to remove the guess work. If the Tri-Conical is your first FermZilla fermenter, this accessory kit is for you. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. FermZilla Gen 3 vs Gen 3.2: 3" x 3" T.C. butterfly dump valve 3" T.C. compatible collection container 600 mL collection container w/ top & bottom PCO1881 threaded ports What's Included: FermZilla 55L Tank with 3" T.C. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years. Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads. Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.   KegLand Part number: KL25904 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary. Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use Front & back positioned handles reduce the space needed to arrange multiple kettles in a horizontal system 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack when choosing your kettle above or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. Features: Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use Front & back oriented handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility 304 stainless steel construction for longevity 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading 1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting Size Kettle ID (in.) Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV! Each case contains 207 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamers (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues. Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass! 500ml/16.9 oz aluminum cans Each case contains 207 cans and lids 202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! Boadicea Hops (Pellets)

If you're looking to spice up your next batch of porter or stout, look no further than the ever-tantalizing Boadicea hops. With just enough alpha acids to provide a round bitterness, Boadicea will contribute a lovely earthiness and floral character with a hint of spice and resin. While you may instinctively reach for the British Kent Goldings (BKG) when it's time to brew an English-style pale or IPA, we highly recommend giving this humble hedgerow hop from the UK a shake. Typically added late in the boil or during dry hop. Boadicea was first bred by Peter Darby at Horticulture Research International at Wye College in Kent, England where it was hailed as the world's first hop variety to be naturally resistant to aphids. 34 reviews

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers. 4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation. CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter. Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controllers read in °F/°C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD barbs Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: R134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 16.1" x 16.1" x 26" Wheels included CE Certified Max Head: 21.3 ft (6.5 m) Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

    1 review

Elevate your brewing game with the 220V Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. KegLand Part Number: KL27434 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use. 35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge

Of course, using the glycol loop is optional and isn't required to appreciate the striking design of the Cobra tower.   The towers come with female beer thread sockets and do not include shanks or faucets. We recommend the stainless Cobra Tower Shank and stainless Intertap forward-sealing faucets. When installing the shanks you will also need a tailpiece gasket to create a good seal.   For chilling the tower we highly recommend the KOMOS DraftMaster glycol chiller. This unit features a built-in submersible pump intended for pushing glycol or ice water through the Cobra tower's cooling loop. The pump can be turned on independently to circulate cooling solution constantly while you're serving from the tower, and then turned off when not in use. The DraftMaster also has 4 built-in draft coils that sit in the glycol reservoir, so you can serve from kegs at room temperature by passing the beer through the chiller on its way to your faucet.   Features: Dual Tap Glycol Loop 8mm OD stainless steel lines Female Beer Thread (5/8" BSP) sockets for attaching shanks Made from cast brass with chrome plating Faucets and faucet shanks not included   Dimesnions: Height: 14.16 inches from mounting plate Width: 4.16 inches 1 inch OD   Please note: the beverage lines and glycol loop do not come marked. To identify them, blow air into the lines. If the air comes out of another line, that's the glycol loop. If the air comes out at the shank socket, it's a beverage line. Please Note: When installing Cobra Tower Shanks onto the tower, some exposed threading is normal due to the tower's design and does not impact sealing performance. For a cleaner, professional aesthetic, we recommend using a shank spacer to cover the threads and provide a flush finish against the tower surface.

Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg! Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification Rolled handles for a comfortable grip Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams Set your sights on a brand new Torpedo Keg! The patented, D794,899, sleek all-stainless design represents the pinnacle of quality in ball lock homebrew kegs. With features like welded stainless handles, the ability to stack with fittings in place, amazing quality and a great price we think these kegs will become the standard by which other kegs are measured. Quality First The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. The weld quality is possible because these kegs made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer. Cool Features Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake. Low2 Keg Lid O-ring Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer. Taking your keg on the go? Don't leave home without a custom fitted Torpedo Keg Sleeve! The Ultimate Winemaker’s Companion! Includes everything you need to analyze SO2, pH, and TA in one kit Tests take less than 2 minutes to perform and are incredibly accurate with pH readings to 1/100 of a point Combines the SO2 detection of the SC-100A and the pH/TA analysis of the SC-200 into one compact instrument Audible buzzer and indicator light alert you to when the test is complete Affordable wine analysis averaging roughly $1 per test One lean, mean wine analyzing machine. The SC-300 combines the SO2 detection of the SC-100A and the pH/TA analysis of the SC-200 into one power-packed instrument. It’s built on the same hardware and software as our other two analyzers, so the accuracy is superb. And it’s just as easy to use – The audible buzzer and visual stop light will automatically let you know when you’re tests are done! Because it does not rely on a color change, the SC-300 eliminates the guesswork in Ripper sulfite tests, especially in red wines! Why Choose Vinmetrica’s SC-300? Where else will you find a single, compact instrument that can measure sulfite (SO2), pH and TA (Titratable Acidity) levels throughout the fermentation and aging process? Even in Red Wines! It’s Accurate: SO2: ± 2 ppm Free SO2. TA: ± 0.2 g/L Tartaric acid pH: better than ± 0.02 pH units Quick! – Less than 2 minutes per test! Affordable – About a $1 per test!* Easy to Use – No mystery solutions, pumps or tubing. *SO2 (Sulfite) Tests cost approximately 70¢ / Test (the cost of the reagents per test). If you do a combined pH and TA analysis, the cost of reagents for the pH/TA test is approximately $1.12 / Test. Complete Wine Testing Kit – Includes Everything Needed to Analyze Sulfite (SO2), pH and TA (Titratable Acidity) levels in Your Wines & Musts: SO2 reagents pH/TA reagents Two titration beakers Two 5 mL syringes Two transfer pipettes SO2 electrode pH electrode 25 mL sampling pipette (for SO2) 5 mL sampling pipette (for pH/TA) The SC-300 Operating Manual The SC-300 analyzer gives accurate SO2, pH and TA values. Kit includes everything to perform about 50 sulfite tests and 30 TA tests: both electrodes, all reagents, pipettes, syringe and beaker. A Quick Overview – Wine Analysis Procedures with the SC-300: Easy SO2 Test Attach SO2 electrode, press the power button, change to SO2 mode and press enter. Draw up 5 mL of titrant into the syringe and place 25 mL of wine in beaker. Add ~2 mL of the acidifier and ~2 mL of the reactant to wine. Place and hold the SO2 electrode in the wine sample and swirl beaker. Add titrant from syringe dropwise until 15 second long endpoint signal reached. Multiply the titration volume by 20, the SO2 conversion factor, results in ppm Free SO2. Simple pH Test Attach the pH electrode, set aside storage solution, rinse with DI water and blot gently with a paper towel. Press the power button then press the ‘Mode’ button and switch the SC-200 into ‘Cal’ mode. Calibrate using the pH 4 and pH 7 reference standards provided. Put the SC-200 in pH mode. Take 5 mL sample of wine, place in a beaker. Take a pH reading. Accurate TA Test For TA test, withdraw 5 mL of the TA Titrant with the syringe. Take 5 mL wine sample and add ~15 mL of deionized water. Put SC-200 into TA mode, place clean pH electrode gently in solution. Add TA Titrant from the syringe dropwise until the endpoint is reached indicated with the visual and audible signals. Record the volume (in mL) of titrant used. Multiply the titrantion volume by 2, the TA conversion factor, results in g/L Tartaric Acid. Vinmetrica Troubleshooting Guide

Plastic PET Carboy - 5 Gallon - Open Box

    21 reviews

Your days of lugging heavy glass carboys around are over thanks to these plastic carboys! Our Plastic Carboys are made from 100% Virgin PET plastic, which is far more resistant to oxygen than regular plastic. They’re much lighter and safer than glass, which is good if you need to move your fermenter around the house to find the right temperature. Full carboys can be heavy and hard to maneuver and glass can break resulting in possible injury. In addition to being safer to handle, they’re more economical than glass as well. With no ribs on the sides, there’s no place for yeast and sediment to collect, making cleaning a breeze. We suggest cleaning them with an overnight PBW soak, shake, rinse, and sanitize. You’ll want to avoid vigorous scrubbing during cleaning to avoid scratches.   Two special features we love about our PET Carboys are the punted base and extra head space. The punted base makes the carboy easier to hold while carrying or pouring, and prevents sediment disturbance during transfers. The extra head space is a huge plus to make sure you have enough room for when your fermentation gets going.    Specifications: Uses a #10 stopper or a 5 Gallon Carboy Hood. Weighs 1.5 lbs Rated to 140 degrees F Height: 19 inches Diameter: 10.5 inches Completely taste and odor free  Carboys can withstand up to 15 psi of pressure with no deformation Punted base to prevent sediment disturbances during transfer

    EnoItalia Jolly 25 Destemmer | Built-In Must Pump | Stainless Steel | 2 HP | 220V Single Phase - Scratch & Dent

All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump. Why No Crushing Rollers? Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters. Why this machine is so popular in Italy Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries. More on the Built-in Must Pump The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process. A Great Value! We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine.  Summary of Features: 1) Stainless Body, Bin, Agitator, and Screw Feed 2) Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning (Destemming basket holes are 1.0225" wide) 3) A Screw Feed for continual, faster, hands-free operation 4) Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 5) Output of 4000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour 6) Paddle wheel style Must pump built in with 3" TC Outlet 7) A powerful Single Phase 220V 2 HP motor (12.1 amp draw) with starting capacitor 8) High-quality units made by Enoitalia of Italy 9) Replacement parts are available 10) Two casters allow for easy wheel-barrow type movement 11) Emergency stop button 12) Length 46.5" (118 cm), Width 27" (68 cm), Height 35.4" (90 cm), weight 207 lb (94 kg) 13) Unit comes with bare cord wire. This allows for smaller minimum batch sizes, better carbonation, and more 3" oversized bottom port and Butterfly Valve with 3” tri-clamp Flex Chamber collection vessel The new X3 from BrewBuilt sets the new standard for quality. We guarantee that you will love the fit and finish of the X3 Uni Jacketed Conical. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, with flawless welds and a dazzling mirror-polish finish inside and out that is simply the best. The BrewBuilt X3 Uni is easy to sanitize and even easier on the eyes. It is definitely Instagram worthy! #BrewBuilt External Cooling Jacket When it comes to temperature control for a homebrew conical fermenter the holy grail has been an external cooling jacket. Internal cooling coils have long been the answer and while they are simpler to make and relatively inexpensive, they are harder to clean and have issues cold crashing in warm environments. The BrewBuilt X3 Jacketed Conical offers maximum cooling power without any compromise of sanitation. 8” Tri-Clamp Top Port New to the X3, the 8” Tri-Clamp lid is rock solid and easy to use. The 8” opening allows plenty of space to still get in and clean the inside of the conical by hand if desired. A unique 8”, three-piece, tri-clamp is used to make sealing the top very easy and very secure. Extra Large 3” T.C. Dump Valve The largest in the industry. Dry hop to your heart's desire. Try as they might, hopheads will have a hard time clogging this conical. With an oversized 3" bottom port, you’ll have all the clearance you need (and even more than some pro brewers) to drop out your dry hop additions with ease. The slick mirror-polish finish on the inside allows flocculating yeast to collect neatly at the bottom of the cone as they slide right down the smooth interior walls. The butterfly dump valve integrates perfectly with the optional Flex Chamber Collection Jar and Yeast Harvester. Reinforced Four-Leg Foundation There’s a common complaint about the tippiness of three-legged units. Three legs may be fine when the fermenter is sitting still on an even surface, but users are often forced to purchase a bracing shelf for more stability if they add casters or leg extensions. A conical is only as worthy as its foundation, so BrewBuilt modeled the X3 after professional-level brewery tanks with a four-leg, reinforced base. This seemingly small design feature is more expensive to produce, but it's what makes the X3 conical exceedingly stable when compared to other models. When you fill up your fermenter with delicious fresh wort, you want to trust the vessel that’s holding your latest creation. Brewers shouted from the mountaintops that they wanted stronger, sturdier legs right out of the box that doesn’t require an additional bracing shelf. The four-leg, welded-bar reinforced system is absolutely rock solid. This is an especially critical feature if you plan to add rolling casters so you can easily glide the fermenter around your brewery. The reinforced four-leg design not only increased the stability and strength of the conical but also allows the unit to stand taller, thereby eliminating the need for extensions in almost every situation. An elbow, a sight glass, or the Flex Chamber can be mounted under the unit with room to spare. Adjustable Feet The X3 Jacketed Conical comes standard with reinforced thread-in adjustable feet. If your home brewery has uneven flooring, you can quickly and easily level out the fermenter. The feet can be swapped out with high-quality casters at any time. Flex Chamber Collection Jar - Trub Separator & Yeast Harvester Working in collaboration with KegLand, we developed the pressurizable Flex Chamber Collection Jar. It attaches directly to the butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Since it's made from crystal clear Triton, you'll be able to visually monitor fermentation activity just as you would with a sight glass. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical. Also, a great option for storing yeast! Simply attach a 3" T.C. end cap or PRV and store your harvested yeast in the fridge for your next fermentation. Pressure Pack with Clear Float Technology Adding pressure capability will allow you to ferment, carbonate, and even serve all in one vessel. The Pressure Pack features the unique Clear Float Technology racking tube that can be used for taking samples, transferring to keg, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened. Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind. Other Features You’ll Love: Downward-facing Blowoff U Barb prevents blow off tubing from kinking and is much easier to remove and clean than a fixed stainless blow off Stainless steel lid clamp with single-piece molded silicone gasket In our GEN 3 redesign, we've added two more 1.5" T.C. ports to the cone and body for additional flexibility with current and upcoming product add-ons X3 Accessories: BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure (Required to ferment or seal/cap an X3 with an active fermentation) The Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that comes with the conical is not sufficient for fermentation as it can become clogged with Krausen. To ferment or seal/cap an active fermentation requires the use and safety of the Pressure Fermentation Kit. This no-compromises kit includes the same hardware you will find on a commercial unitank, including a dedicated pro level spunding valve, a sealed pressure gauge, and a dedicated commercial PRV. Read more about these key hardware features in the kit copy. Also included is liquid Foam-Axe which helps reduce Krausen. Please read and follow all special instructions that come with the kit as well as your instruction manual. Hop Bong Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping Device The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. High Roller Caster Set Go mobile with this heavy-duty caster set. Your fermenter moves around the brewery a lot, so why not give it some glide? Roll from sanitizing to kettle transfer to keg transfer to cleaning with minimal effort. Moving a stainless conical around can be taxing. Give your back a break and upgrade your conical with a set of rolling casters. IceMaster Max 2 Built to pair perfectly with the IceMaster Max 2 glycol chiller. Easily and efficiently control your fermentation temperature and cold crash for conditioning and clarifying. Pair with our BrewBuilt Insulated Tubing Kit that comes complete with premium quick disconnects with shutoff valves that provide a “dry break” when they’re disconnected. Immersion Heater The X3's cone features a 2" tri-clamp port specifically for installing an Immersion Heater. The low watt density heating element gently warms your fermenting beer without scorching. Sansone Fusti Tank | Stainless Steel Water Dispenser | Stand & Tap Included | 0.79 Gallon | 3L - Open Box

These premium Sansone tanks undergo a special pickling and polishing process to enhance their corrosion resistance, making them ideal for continuous use in both home and commercial settings Crafted from high-quality stainless steel with welded handles for long-lasting performance and easy transport La Nuova Sansone has been crafting high-quality stainless steel containers in Italy for over 40 years, earning a reputation for exceptional design and quality Stand and NSF-approved stainless steel spigot included The Sansone Europa-AQ model Fusti tank is made from 304 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish and welded handles. Compared to the standard Europa model, the AQ model undergoes an additional pickling and polishing process. This process improves corrosion resistance, which is key for continuous use, especially in commercial settings like wine bars, taprooms, and coffee shops that might use the tank as a self-service water station. Pickling Specialized acids are used to remove any surface impurities, scale, rust, and weld heat-tinted layers. This crucial step eliminates potential corrosion initiation points and ensures a uniformly clean and reactive surface.  Furthermore, pickling promotes the formation of a passive chromium oxide layer, an invisible shield that protects the stainless steel from oxidation and enhances its inherent corrosion resistance. Polishing The pickling process is followed by a thorough polishing treatment. This creates an exceptionally smooth surface finish, minimizing microscopic imperfections where moisture and contaminants could become trapped and initiate corrosion. Polishing also refines the passive layer, making it denser and more uniform for superior protection. Beyond its practical benefits, polishing enhances the aesthetic appeal, making them suitable for even the most visible applications. Benefits The combined pickling and polishing treatments Sansone employs offer a multitude of benefits. The Europa-AQ model Fusti tanks exhibit significantly increased durability and longevity, withstanding harsh environments and frequent use. This enhanced corrosion resistance ensures the quality and taste of stored liquids are preserved, eliminating the risk of contamination from corrosion byproducts. The smooth, clean surfaces created by these processes also facilitate easy cleaning and sanitization, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

The Ultimate Grain Mill designed for the most avid homebrewers Load an entire sack's worth of grain into the hopper and have it milled in under 5 minutes 2" hardened steel rollers with a fully adjustable gap range from 0.011"–0.093" Stainless steel stand sits snugly over a 6-gallon bucket to keep grain dust contained Stainless lid keeps dust down and keeps your hopper clean for your next batch Made with commercial-grade explosion proof motor for added safety If you aspire to build the ultimate homebrewery then you should really consider the Ultimate Grain Mill. With a stainless construction, 60lb grain hopper with lid, fully adjustable hardened steel rollers, and explosion proof motor this is the top-of-the-line grain mill for homebrewers and a great choice for a nano brewery. The all stainless hopper holds a sack of malted grain. The included stainless lid keeps dust down and keeps your hopper clean for your next batch. The mill body itself is also made from stainless steel while the 2" diameter rollers are made from hardened steel for longevity. The rollers adjust on both sides providing for a consistent, even gap the length of the rollers. The rollers are knurled in a pattern that we have found over the years to deliver a great crush and consistent feed. We use an explosion proof motor, found on commercial mills, because grain dust can ignite if a regular electric motor was to emit a spark. It is a measure of safety to give you and your family peace of mind.  The switch on this unit has been upgraded with a sturdy cover, to further diminish the chance of sparking. The stainless stand allows for a six gallon reception bucket to be slid under to collect cracked grain. Since grain dust is to be avoided in a brewery we make the bucket-to-stand fit perfectly tight to reduce dust in your brewery. A six gallon bucket will hold 25 pounds of grain, which we have found is a manageable size to lift. For larger batches you can mill into one bucket, turn off the mill, and continue milling into the next bucket. Features: 60 pound capacity stainless hopper with lid Stainless mill body 2" x 4.375" Fully Adjustable hardened steel rollers (Gap range of 0.011 - 0.093 inches) Stainless stand 1/3 hp explosion proof motor with on/off switch 110v Motor pulls 6.6 Amps 38"H x 27"L x 16"W 15 lbs per minute throughput Please note: The UltiMill now features a finger guard inside the hopper near the rollers. It is a simple welded-in-place bar that will not affect grain being fed into the mill but may affect larger materials if the mill is being used for something other than brewing malt. Please note: This mill is designed for use with brewing grains only. It will not work for cracking whole kernel corn.

Made from high-quality Slavonian oak sustainably sourced from Hungarian forests Superior in long term storage due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds Equivalent or superior quality compared to French Oak barrels at a much more affordable cost Zinc-plated steel barrel hoops for corrosion resistance Coopered by the world-renowned Balazs Nagy Balazs barrels is a long-trusted brand of Hungarian oak barrels coopered by the famous Balazs Nagy.  These barrels are equal or better in quality to French Oak barrels but available at a fraction of the cost of their more famous counterparts. Renowned for respecting fruit, Hungarian barrels offer winemakers a great option to impact the mouthfeel, structure and flavor of wine without stepping on the terroir of your grapes.  Due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds, you can feel secure storing your wine in Hungarian barrels longer than you can with other barrels. The slow process of micro oxygenation rounds the wine while various compounds in the wood such hemicellulose, lipids, and lignins are slowly integrated.  As most barrel makers know, the best source of wood for wine barrels is the oak grown in the territory of old-time Hungary, known as Slavonian oak. This rare, high-quality oak can be found in the Zemplén Mountains and in the Tokaj oak woods. The specific type of oak in those territories, and what is used in Balazs barrels, is the Quercus Petrea. This oak is characterised by a dense, hard structure combined with extra flavor. Forestry workers look after these forests with considerable expertise, and the forest density ratio in Hungary is 20–24%, with selective logging taking place between November and April. Once the wood is sourced, it is air dried and aged for 24-28 months before cooperage. Balázs Barrels is establishing a direct cooperation with the forestry workers, ensuring the continuous supply of the best quality oak, allowing them to source and work with the most excellent oak for wine barrel manufacturing from the foremost Hungarian forests. 10 L (2.64 gal) Height - 13.58" Head Diameter - 8.26" Abdomen Diameter - 10.23" Stave Thickness - 0.51 - 0.71" Bung Hole - 20 mm Empty Weight - 9.9 lbs Mild Toast Barrel hoops made from zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance Rack included

    45 reviews

Semi-Automatic Precision: Delivers a consistent, professional-grade seal in just 3 seconds, eliminating manual lever variability and operator error. Universal Versatility: An adjustable platform fits standard 202 cans (12–16 oz) and can be adapted for 32 oz Crowlers or tin-plated food cans. Durable & Safe Design: Built with rust-resistant 304 stainless steel and a low-voltage 24V DC motor for maximum safety in wet environments. Compact Efficiency: A space-saving benchtop unit designed for easy one-person operation, making it ideal for homebrewers and nano-breweries alike. Superior Freshness: Provides an airtight, 100% light-proof seal to prevent oxidation and keep your beverage carbonated longer than traditional bottling. Power supply sold seprately. See below under You Might Also Need. The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple. Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs. The Cannular Pro guarantees a perfect, repeatable seal by automating the seaming process. By eliminating the manual lever, it removes operator variability and ensures consistent pressure for every can. Key Features Semi-Auto Precision: Effortless operation that delivers a uniform, professional-grade seam every time. Universal Compatibility: Designed for all standard 202 cans, including 12 oz, 16 oz, 330 ml, and 500 ml sizes. Adjustable Platform: Features a built-in adjustable table to accommodate various can heights—no additional spacers required. Customizable Pressure: Easily fine-tune the platform height to ensure the ideal amount of sealing pressure for any batch. The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminum cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon). The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately. Operation: The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows: Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can That's all there is to it! Construction: The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible.   Power: As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans.   Why Cans? So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day!   Specifications: Power: 250W 24V DC Rated Speed: 3300 RPM Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1 Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H Weight: 40 lbs Splash guard not included Max Can Height: 7.75" (197mm) Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please see CAN106 to add the splash guard to your order. Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans when using only Can Fresh brand cans. We recommend testing at least 4 cans to verify the calibration. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a minimum 0.4mm (.015") actual overlap is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and you can expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment. Motorized unit crushes grapes and separates stems in one pass All parts that come into contact with the grapes are made from stainless steel Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Self-adjusting rubber rollers are soft on grape stems to reduce tannin extraction 3,000 lbs per hour production capacity Made in Italy by EnoItalia A great value in our motorized Crusher Destemmer line as the parts that are in direct contact with the grapes are stainless while the main body and motor/gear shroud are made from enamel coated steel. Performance is exactly the same as our WE223S Model. The Crusher/Destemmer can be purchased by itself or alongside the Stainless Stand & Chute. How These Work: Grapes are loaded into the top bin where the powered screw feed continually pushes grapes towards the rollers. Grapes are gently crushed by the rubber rollers and then fall into the destemming chamber. The destemming chamber features a removable basket with a bunch of circular holes in it and rotating destemming shaft. Grapes fall through the holes into your bucket. Stems get rotated through the basket by the destemming shaft until they exit at the end of the machine where they fall onto the ground or an awaiting bucket. Rubber Rollers This model features soft rubber rollers which are softer on stems possibly reducing rough tannins in your wine. The rollers are spring loaded and self adjusting to protect against damage, such as the accidental passing of a small stone. Output Production Powered by a 1hp motor that provides an hourly production of approximately of up to 3,000 lbs. Note that these machines must be fed with consistency to reach maximum throughput. Overload the machine with too many grapes at one time and the motor will pause and actually slow down production. Cleaning Remove two quick bolts and the safety cover slides off and the internal stainless destemming grate slides out for easy cleaning. The hose out the rest of the unit. Comes with directions.
