Brut IPA is a fairly new style that is becoming increasingly popular in the craft beer world. In short, a Brut IPA is an IPA that has had an amylase enzyme added to it prior to fermentation which will help break down the sugars and allow it to ferment out completely. The result is a final gravity of 1.000, and a very dry IPA!
