Description

Using your existing Speidel lock ring and gasket this airlock cap screws right into the lid of your Speidel plastic fermenters. The grommet will fit standard 3-Piece or S-Shaped airlocks. The cap also provides a tighter seal because it is screwed into the cap where as the Speidel stopper only pushes into the lid.

Does this come with the silicone gasket or is it available separately? Or does the one for the Speidel Plastic Tank Adapter work?

BEST ANSWER: You can use the gasket that comes with the tank but the silicone wraparound gasket is better (sold separately).

It does not come with the gasket. Yes, you want the one for the Speidel Plastic Tank Adapter, FE772.

Is the metal piece stainless steel? It looks galvanized
