David Sohigian

David Sohigian has worked for 15 years in the wine and beer industries. He received a B.S. in fermentation science from UC-Davis in 1993. Sohigian is currently one of the lead instructors at the American Brewers Guild in Davis, California, where he teaches all aspects of brewing. He can be reached by e-mail at
