David Sohigian has worked for 15 years in the wine and beer industries. He
received a B.S. in fermentation science from UC-Davis in 1993. Sohigian is
currently one of the lead instructors at the American Brewers Guild in
Davis, California, where he teaches all aspects of brewing. He can be
